James installed a shower kit and did subway tiles for us. James has great communication, friendly and was always on time. We are very happy with the installation and how clean the tile work is.

James recently framed in our fireplace and the result is amazing. Again a great job done by a conscientious contractor. He left the work space clean each day. Awaiting his return to complete one more room in our basement. I would highly recommend his work.

I contracted James a few years back to install my backsplash in my kitchen. He did an amazing job with it even though the job proved more work then he originally thought. The result was amazing and complimented my kitchen nicely. Recently we needed drywall work done in our basement and didn’t hesitate to get ahold of James. The job also had an additional bathroom installed, and flooring throughout. I can’t say enough about the workmanship and how clean he left the area at the completion of each day. He arrived each day on time and asked for input on everything he did. There were no surprises. We intend on getting him to return to frame in our fireplace and finish an additional room in basement.

James did an amazing job doing a bedroom and bathroom in our basement, he stayed with the time frame pre-discussed even with a lot of plans changing in the mix. LOL (James knows what I mean)

Working with James Bouzane Contracting has been nothing but fantastic experience from the start. His customer service, workmanship and attention to detail has made each of our renovation projects less stressful. When we first met James we only had a small project for him. It was due to the wonderful results of the first project that we’ve since hired him to do more extensive renovations such as new kitchens, new bathrooms, drywall repair, flooring etc. He kept in constant communication with us the entire time, completed the projects by the date he originally specified to us was was within budget. We highly recommend James and his team for any renovation project. We will certainly be using him again in the future.

In the spring of 2019, we decided to renovate the main floor of our home to make it more open concept. We called James to inquire about a quote and James arrived just as he said he would. That alone was impressive in these days where some contractors don’t even show up. Within a few days of our meeting, James provided us with a detailed quote via email and our dream project was starting to evolve. James prices were very reasonable and detailed. From there we decided on a start date and true to his word, James showed up each and every day, putting in a full day’s work. Our project consisted of opening up a wall on the main floor, scraping popcorn ceilings, new flooring, re-brick the fireplace, electrical, plumbing, painting, and woodworking for custom door trim around the double barn doors that he installed. All work was done with the utmost care to quality workmanship, while always leaving the work site neat and tidy at the end of each day. The work was completed in the time frame that we had discussed and we are so thrilled with how the project turned out! Guests that visit us, can’t believe the transformation, and it’s all thanks to James Bouzane Contracting. We would absolutely, without a doubt, hire James again for any future construction projects.

James installed flooring, trim, doors, kitchen back splash, stairs to a man cave, installed vapour barrier wall between house and garage, built customized closet with cubbies and rods, installed bull nosing while having to customize some finishing touches along the way and just finished the railing for man cave. Him and his team do nothing short of impeccable work! James went above and beyond for us customizing trim in a half moon shape by gluing over 100 pieces together for the perfect fit He was able to take a hand drawn picture and turn it into what we wanted for a walk in closet. The back splash for our kitchen we chose was river rock and nothing short of difficult and they installed it perfectly and quickly. James and his crew do tedious work to perfection! Thank you! And I’m sure we aren’t done calling you just yet!

Except that they probably need to charge more for their services. Great outstanding service, and quick turnaround. If you are looking for someone to build your deck, paint,baseboard,tiles all the above top to bottom I’d give James a call!

We had Courtney from CS MILLER Construction out and James from JBC come in to replace our tub and put in a tile surround. We are very happy with the work they both did, and would definitely recommend this duo.

I contacted James Bouzane Contracting to do some renovations in my home. I had him build and install new pantry, re-do the main bathroom and install new flooring in master bedroom. James was very professional, courteous and took the time to explain every step of the process to me and also why some of my ideas may not work but offered other suggestions keeping in mind what I wanted. I heard about James Bouzane contracting through a friend and I am extremely pleased with his work.
