In the spring of 2019, we decided to renovate the main floor of our home to make it more open concept. We called James to inquire about a quote and James arrived just as he said he would. That alone was impressive in these days where some contractors don’t even show up. Within a few days of our meeting, James provided us with a detailed quote via email and our dream project was starting to evolve. James prices were very reasonable and detailed. From there we decided on a start date and true to his word, James showed up each and every day, putting in a full day’s work. Our project consisted of opening up a wall on the main floor, scraping popcorn ceilings, new flooring, re-brick the fireplace, electrical, plumbing, painting, and woodworking for custom door trim around the double barn doors that he installed. All work was done with the utmost care to quality workmanship, while always leaving the work site neat and tidy at the end of each day. The work was completed in the time frame that we had discussed and we are so thrilled with how the project turned out!
